You can reach us from Monday to Friday at the following times: 07.30 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 17.00. Outside these hours or in emergencies, please follow the instructions on the tape. We always endeavor to treat you without long waiting times.
Even in urgent cases, please always call before you come to the practice. We can offer you an appointment in our surgery at very short notice. Patients who have not registered may have to expect longer waiting times. If our telephone is temporarily unavailable for organizational reasons, please try again a little later or send us your contact details or requests by fax or e-mail.
Cancellation and postponement of appointments
If you are unable to keep the agreed appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
